How it works
Tell us your move-in date and time
Simply provide the scheduled date and time of your move-in so we can arrange the video inventory accordingly.
We attend the property
Our team will film a full walk-through of the property, covering all internal and external areas. This process typically takes up to 1 hour, depending on the size of the property.
Footage is edited and securely uploaded
The recorded footage is professionally edited and uploaded to a secure online platform. Access is protected with a private password, ensuring only you (or those you choose to share it with) can view the video.
Receive your PDF agreement sheet
A PDF agreement summary is then provided for both the tenant and landlord to acknowledge, helping to ensure transparency and protect both parties.
Checkout
